Please note that for all groups:
- A maintenance
levy of $100.00 per family will be added to the
fees each year with $80 coming off the Term 4 fees
if the famiy has met the requirements of attending
at least one working bee during the preschool year.
- Swapping
of sessions is not permitted.
- The fees
published here are for 2008 and subject to change
in future years.
- The Centre
does not offer before or after hours care.
- First
term fees need to be paid on or before the Annual
General meeting of the previous year. The
remaining installments are due 7 days prior to the
end of term 1, 2, 3 with no fees payable in term
4. However, should you be unable to meet this
payment, you should speak either to your child's
teacher or the Committee Treasurer in order to make
other arrangements. These discussions are
always treated discreetly.
- Fees
can be paid by cheque, postal order or direct deposit
into our Bendigo Bank Account in Hurstbridge.
- NO
CASH is to be left at the Preschool as the Committee
cannot take responsibility for lost cash.
- Children
must be collected by the end of their session.
We hope that you will understand that
the Preschool cannot carry a burden of debt arising
from unpaid fees. If your fees are not paid, or
you fail to contact the Committee to arrange a 'payment
plan', the Committee will be forced to consider taking
steps to recover the debt. These steps could include
the exclusion of your child from the Preschool. Please
refer to our fees policy.
